We’ve spent 20 years working in telecoms — in product teams, consultancies, infrastructure rollouts, and high-growth startups and we realised that across the energy world:

Toby is Vester’s product brain. A seasoned Agile coach and fractional CPO, he’s spent years helping teams design products that actually solve problems — not just push features. Obsessed with clarity and user experience, Toby’s role is to turn Vester’s vision into intuitive, elegant tools that give users control and insight — even if they’ve never thought of themselves as “energy people.”

Jeremy is the technical force behind Vester. With a background in telecoms and digital infrastructure, he’s delivered some of the UK’s most complex network deployments — and seen firsthand how outdated energy systems hold businesses back. At Vester, he’s applying his engineering mindset to untangle energy complexity, bring structure to chaos, and ensure our platform delivers exactly what operators need (without the noise they don’t).
