- Consolidated portfolio view across all sites
- Electricity, gas, and water data management
- Full bill validation across all sites
- Tenant consumption reporting and cost recovery support
- Portfolio-level dashboards and reporting
- Annual O&M inspections per eligible site (via approved partners)
- Carbon reporting and portfolio performance tracking
- Dedicated portfolio account manager and review meetings
Services Excluded
- Capital works or system upgrades
- Electrical remedial works or parts replacement
- Access equipment (MEWP, scaffolding, roof systems)
- ESOS compliance audits (available separately)
Fees
- Monthly subscription payable in advance
